Couples Therapy
I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help partners strengthen emotional connection, improve communication, and navigate life’s greatest challenges. You’ll learn to identify negative interaction cycles, understand underlying emotions, and (re)build a secure, supportive bond.
I also offer premarital counseling for couples of all backgrounds, helping partners set a strong foundation for a lifelong commitment.
